Test Results: TCP/IP on Windows 7

I used a copy of IWL's Maxwell Pro TCP Test Suite to explore its capabilities by running it against various TCP/IP stack implementations.

This work is a few years old (in 2016), and the test tool was also from 2016.

I ran the tests against Microsoft Windows 7 (the latest version of Windows at the time.)
